These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

🛍️ 1. Overview of Services

Extrudify 3D offers on-demand 3D printed products, including pre-designed items and fully customized models based on user input. All products are printed in-house using high-quality PLA, ABS, or resin materials.

Custom orders are manufactured strictly based on the specifications provided by the customer. Please ensure all customization details (names, numbers, files, dimensions, etc.) are accurate before checkout.

👤 2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

✅ You are at least 18 years old or are using the service under parental or legal guardian supervision
✅ You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
✅ All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete

💳 3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Extrudify 3D reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or offers at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, and UPI. Extrudify 3D does not store or have access to your card or banking details.

📦 4. Order Process

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Custom orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of customization details submitted during checkout.

  • Dispatch and tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

Extrudify 3D reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment failure, material unavailability, submission of illegal or offensive content, or suspected fraudulent activity.

🕒 5. Turnaround & Delivery

⏱️ Production Time: 2–4 working days (may vary depending on design complexity and order volume)
🚚 Shipping Time: 3–10 working days depending on the delivery location
📦 Tracking details will be provided after dispatch

Extrudify 3D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or force majeure events such as strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.

🔄 6. Cancellation, Return & Refund

🔁 Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation anytime before the order is dispatched.

  • Once an order has been marked as “Dispatched”, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For customized or personalized products, cancellation requests must be raised at the earliest, as production may begin soon after order confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing help@extrudify.in with the order ID.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled successfully before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing timelines.

📦 Returns & Damaged Products

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • An incorrect product is delivered, or

  • The product is damaged during transit and reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

🧠 7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, logos, images, text, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Extrudify 3D.

Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

🚫 8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website or services to:

❗ Upload, submit, or share illegal, hateful, pornographic, or copyrighted material
❗ Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misleading activities
❗ Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the website or its services
❗ Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content

Extrudify 3D reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to users violating these Terms.

Extrudify 3D may revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page along with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India 🇮🇳.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
